요즘은 새로운 선생님들과 함께 하고 있다.

선생님들도 워낙 새로운 학생들을 많이 보다보니 서로 자기소개가 간략화되고,

학생의 레벨 파악에 중점을 두는 느낌이었다.

 

- binge

v. to eat too much of sth.

v. to do sth in a way that is extreme and not controlled.

n. an occasion when an activity is done in an extreme way, esp, eating, drinking, or spending money.

 

- vice

n. sth that helps you get through or makes it enjoyable

e.g. people need a vice in their lives.

 

- big-ticket (items)

a. Big-ticket things are things that are expensive to buy, such as cars or furniture

 

- courteous

a. polite and showing respect

 

- preventative(=preventive)

a. intended to stop something before it happens

 

- militia

n. a military force whose members are trained soldiers but who often have other jobs:

 

- dystopian

a. relating to a very bad or unfair society in which there is a lot of suffering, especially an imaginary society in the future, or to the description of such a society

 

- petulant

a. easily annoyed and complaining in a rude way like a child

 

- mothball

n. a small, white ball containing a chemical with a strong smell that keeps moths away from clothes

 

- fast

n. a period of time when you eat no food

v. to eat no food for a period of time

 

- intermittent fasting

: an eating pattern where you cycle between periods of eating and fasting. It does not say anything about which foods to eat, but rather when you should eat them. There are several different intermittent fasting methods, all of which split the day or week into eating periods and fasting periods.
